We have been investing in the UK property market since 2018 and have built a portfolio of almost 40 properties, ranging from £60k one bed buy-to-let flats to £350k four bed furnished holiday lets.
Regions outside of the South East have performed incredibly well from both a capital growth and yield perspective over the past decade - We've built a very profitable property business and want to help others do the same.

Many parts of the UK property market have been very subdued for a long time, but there remain huge investment opportunities up North and we specialise in the Scottish market specifically.

Here is an example of a serviced accommodation unit we developed in Coatbridge, just outside Glasgow. It was a Grade II listed semi-detached property with a large garden, but needed a full renovation back to the bricks. We converted it from a three-bed to a four-bed by reconfiguring the downstairs floorplan and installed a garden room which our guests love to use as a cinema room. We went with a high-end finish with the refurb and furniture and the property performs fantastically well. It works well for holiday-makers and corporate guests alike.
